What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness means to eat in a controlled manner. I get nervous when I put on my weight.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I like to take natural efforts as I feel it is
the best way to be fit. I have recently started jogging as I have put
on a lot and there is a need to be back in shape for which I am determined to lose weight.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I am very much conscious about what to eat and what not to eat. I am not at all a foodie person, while going out I literally take 1 hour to select what food to opt as the outside food contains large amount of calories in it.
Three things you do every day to remain fit:

Do you take protein supplements?
There is no protein intake in me. Recently I have started eating egg although I was not an eggetarian before but for protein intake I have started eating eggs.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I am trained in Badminton from my school and I love playing it.
A celeb body you admire?
Shilpa Shetty, she is commendable for the way she has maintained herself.
What is your fitness secret?
I don't follow any exercise, just maintain my
diet and keep control on the food items I eat.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Keep yourself healthy, avoid eating oily stuff in fact avoid everything that is oily in life. Just focus on the diet and you will be fit.
