What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
It is all about how fit you are from inside, how healthy you stay, how fit are you to run and jog, etc.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Right now, I am totally doing the opposite of what I should do. I have stopped going to the gym now and eating outside a lot but it gets compensated because I run around a lot. If one will run and eat right then it would be best for keeping oneself fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No, not at all! If I like something then even if it's rich in calories then I will have it.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
I am hardly doing anything to keep myself fit these days. I eat whatever I want to; I love to have cream biscuits and I finish one packet of biscuits in a day. These days, I am not even getting a chance to go to the gym.
Do you take protein supplements?
I take the regular proteins but not on a regular basis.

Eat right and exercise in the right way at the right time.
