Summer is here and the rise in mercury has made everyone start feeling the heat. Our TV celebs too are not spared and they follow some tips to take care of their skin and health during summers. TellyBuzz speaks to your favorite celeb to know more about their summer choice and the tips they follow to stay cool during summers.
Today we got in touch with the good looking actor Arjun Bijlani who was last seen as Aditya in SAB TV's Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar. Here is Arjun sharing about his likes and dislikes about summers along with giving tips to his fans.
Do you like anything about summers?
Yes, we can start wearing shorts and loose T-Shirts. I love the summer look though but I avoid going out in the heat as much as I can because nowadays it's really very hot and humid in Mumbai. I feel like being in the bath tub for the whole day because it's very humid.
Summers are meant for... Vacations.
The perfect summer wear for me is... Shorts, T-shirts and slippers or just Linen pants and T-shirts.
Shooting during summer is... Outdoor is hot and indoor is bearable.
Things I carry along during summer... I always keep a bag in my car containing face wash and other toiletries stuff. Sometimes we become so tired that we just want to freshen up so its good to have such things with you.
My favorite summer drink is... Nariyal Pani.
My travel destination during summer is... One should go to Kashmir during summers.
My beauty regime during summer is... Touch wood I have a good skin but after bathing, I apply a good sun screen and in the night I apply a gel after I wash my face before going to sleep. I don't use many products except these two. I have lots of water to prevent myself from getting dehydrated which is a key for having a good skin. Actors apply make-up on their face for the whole day so the skin doesn't get the space to breathe so you have keep it hydrated really well with the right products.
My diet during summer is... My diet doesn't changes that much during summers but I have lots of fruits during summers.
My fitness regime during summer is... My fitness regime is the same in all seasons but during summers we tend to exercise little less as compared to winters.
One summer tip... Enjoy
the summers and be in the pool as much as you want. Try to avoid being in the
sun between 12 to 3 PM because it's the time when it becomes really hot. The mornings
are pleasant but it becomes difficult to be out during afternoon time. Try to
stay indoor as much as you can.
