Summer is here and along with it the rise in mercury which means everyone starts feeling the heat. Our TV celebs too are not spared and here they give tips related to summer and also share what they like and dislike about the summer season.

Do you like anything about summer?
I like summer mornings. Morning comes early and when I wake up by 6 or 6:30, it's already a bright sunny day and the view from my house is really nice. I really like that I can wake up without any alarm even though I like the lazy winter mornings too. Summer mornings are beautiful.

Summers are meant for having Golas and Ice-creams. I love having sodas like Kashmiri soda, Lemon soda which I used to have a lot in Ahmedabad.

Shooting during summer is...
Outdoor shooting during summers is like a curse. We have 21 degrees inside our makeup room and when we go outside it becomes like 37 degrees. It's really bad shooting in summers. We can feel the heat inside the set too since due to the excessive heat outside, even the ACs don't work.
Things I carry along during summer...
Wet wipes, perfumes and I used to carry Saunf (mouth freshener) in my school bag when I was a kid.
My favorite summer drink is...
Kokum juice and Sauf juice. I almost drink these every day.

Have lots of water and have lemon water. It helps your immune system. Keep washing your face every 2-3 hours as it keeps you fresh throughout the day.
My diet during summer is...
Its normal only but I feel one should have more of juices during summers. It is good for your diet and digestion also. One should also have less spicy food because it's not good to have too much of spicy food during summers.
My fitness regime during summer is...
I work out in my balcony early morning in the summers. One should also go for a jog early morning.

Have lots of water because it's good for your body.
