What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness for me doesn't only mean picking up weights and building muscles. Fitness according to me is your strength, stamina and enduring stability.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Being a martial artist, I do practice martial arts a little bit whenever I can. I go for a jog and I go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. I eat healthy food. Eating healthy and eating right is the most important thing in the world. I also drink a lot of water.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes I am! I make sure that I do not eat anything rubbish but once in a while it's okay but not so frequently.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
Do you take protein supplements?
Yes, I do.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I love Formula One car racing and I love playing cricket.
A celeb body you admire.
Hrithik Roshan has a superb physique and the epitome of fitness is Salman Khan because he has been maintaining his physique from past few years which is not that easy. Making your body is not difficult but maintaining it is very difficult.
What is your fitness secret?
There is no secret as such. You need to understand that how your body reacts to certain things and food. You need to avoid unhealthy food. It's all about maintaining a good healthy lifestyle.
