Fitness is everything; it's a way of living life.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I go to the gym every day. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning, finish my workout by 7:30, I come back, get ready and then I leave for my shoot.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Earlier I wasn't but now I am. I have started taking more proteins and I have stopped eating carbohydrates.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1. Early to bed and early to rise.

Do you believe in size zero figure?
I don't believe in size zero figure. I believe in keeping oneself healthy and proportionate. You should look nice and proportionate.
What is you fitness secret?
Eating healthy, drinking lots of water and exercise daily.

Eat healthy and don't go for diet as you might fall weak.

Sanaya, Drashti etc exercise just as well because you can't over eat and stay fit! I seriously doubt "they eat so much", they eat smart! There is a difference! It doesn't work that way..eating a balanced nutrition with exercise is the key.
I honestly dont't know her but even i dont belive in size aero figure!! Actresses like sanaya, drashti, sukriti e.t.c keep themselves fit even though they eat so much!! Thats why i love them. But i seriously hate nia sharma and girls like her who wants to be anorexia. Nia sharma doesnt eat anything on purpose which is bad for her health and she also has no curves and assets(you know what i mean) and shockingly she finds it sexy!! Its actually very disgusting
