What does fitness mean to you? What is your idea of fitness?
I think that fitness is everything for me. It is very important to be fit and health throughout your life. If you are fit then you will be more confident and energetic to work. Fitness doesn't mean that one should be only fit from outside by making muscles, packs and so but one should be also fit from inside.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I try to eat right and avoid eating heavy meal after 7 pm and yes I try to do work out at least for 4 days in a week.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Not really but sometimes.
Do you take protein supplements?
No I don't take any protein supplements. My means of proteins are egg whites and chicken.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Yes, I am skilled at cricket. I love playing cricket.
A celebrity's body you admire?
What is you fitness secret?
I have no fitness secret. I just try to keep myself fit.
A fitness tips for your fans?
I would suggest all the people to at least take out 1 hour or 45 minutes in a day from your busy schedule and exercise to maintain your physique.
