What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness makes a man lead a healthy life, I think we should be fit enough to not lose stamina and get immune to fatigue in day to day life.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I diet and work out, I believe 30% is workout, 60% is diet and the rest 10% is lifestyle.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I avoid oily and fattening food.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
I drink lots of water; I consume anti oxidants and avoid eating unhealthy junk food.
What is your take about proteins and supplement intake among the guys these days?
I used to consume supplements earlier, but over the time I have realized that natural diet helps well.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I'm skilled at swimming, polo and horse riding.
A celeb body you admire.
I admire Hrithik Roshan's body. He is Greek God.
What is your fitness secret?
I just do watchful eating and do my best to keep in shape, I don't eat post 7.

Drink lots of water, eat carefully and have a happy attitude.
