What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness according to me means leading a good healthy life with a fit body. What matters the most is being fit and energetic from inner side rather than being from outer side by building muscles. Inner strength is the most important thing.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I keep my diet balanced. I eat limited food. I don't eat after7 pmand even if I eat, then I only eat boiled vegetables and proteins. I eat fruits, milk or cornflakes in my breakfast, I prefer to have homemade food in my meal likedal,rotiandsabziand I don't eat anything after 7 because it's good not to eat too much in the night.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I am particular about the food I eat. I can have any kind of vegetarian cuisine but nothing is better than the food cooked by my Mom.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1.I don't eat after 7.
2.Eat fruits and boiled vegetables.
3.I exercise daily.
Do you take protein supplements?
Yes, I take because I don't eat non-veg food. I take protein supplements as per my doctor's advice. It's always necessary to consult a doctor before taking any kind of protein supplements.

Sleep early, eat healthy, make a healthy lifestyle and always be happy.

Eat healthy, talk healthy, be happy and don't be too conscious about your looks. Think that you look the best and feel proud about yourself.
