What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness means to me - a way of life.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I am a hardcore Punjabi guy and I love eating different varieties of food but simultaneously, so burning calories also is important for me, it's more of a routine for me to have a healthy lifestyle. I try to sleep and wake up early. I try going to the gym and do various other exercises like swimming, kick boxing or yoga.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Being a hardcore Punjabi guy, who likes eating varieties of dishes, I am smart enough when it comes to eating and I believe in eating everything but in the right quantity and at the right time. One should not deprive himself/herself from eating rather they should manage it well.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1. I drink a lot of water.
2. Go to the gym or for jogging or yoga.
3. I have small but frequent meals every two hours.
Do you take protein supplements?
When I workout in the gym then I take my protein powder and I try to take as much protein naturally as I like boiled eggs.
If there any sport you are skilled at?
I have played cricket for under 16 group in Delhi and now I don't get that much time to play it regularly but if I get a chance and I see my friends playing then I try to join them.
A celeb body you admire.
What is your fitness secret?
Eat whatever you want to but in smaller quantities and work out.
A fitness tip for your fans.
Work out for at least 4-5 times a week.
