What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
I believe that fitness means not only physical fitness but mental and spiritual strength also.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Proper diet, meditation and cardio exercises.

I am very particular about what I eat in my daily diet.

1) My diet.
2) Body building.
3) Weight training.
Do you take protein supplementation?
No I don't take. I am on a professional diet and taking protein supplement is a personal choice I feel but it is always good to stay away from chemicals.
