What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness means climbing up 30 stories if the elevator breaks down. My idea of fitness is going through a physically hectic day with ease and happiness.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I work out at least 5 days a week for an hour. I do running, skipping, swimming, and body weight exercises and a little bit of weight training
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes very much I am conscious of what I eat, and have become more particular in last 3 months
Three things you do every day to remain fit?
Do you take protein supplementation?
I myself don't take any supplements. I follow a healthy organic diet, and prefer to get my protein in-take from pulses and chicken.
Is there any sport you
are skilled at?
I have played a lot of cricket and I am naturally good at it, but I haven't played cricket since past couple of years due to time constraints

What is your fitness secret?
You are what you eat and you are what you think. Eat organic, think positive and stay fit.
A fitness tip for your
Early morning walks/jogs will keep you in a great spirit throughout the day. Follow it and see the difference. Because if you have a healthy mind a healthy body will make you remain fit.
