What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
I work out sometimes and I normally go for jogging so that I can eat everything. Fitness is very important. My idea of fitness is having healthy food and drinking plenty of water. People say that one puts on weight after leaving workouts which I have also experienced it. So I prefer jogging daily and for me a good fitness is jogging for half an hour at least in a day.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
It's a God gift for me (laughs). My Mom is so slim and my sister is thinnest (-0 zero figure) so I think I have got slim body from them only; I eat everything but in a limit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No, not at all! I eat everything but I avoid eating food having too much of oil in it because I don't like its taste then. I love eating everything and I spend my day having junk food; I love junk food (laughs).
Three things you do every day to remain fit?
1. I drink plenty of water in a day and I drink a glass of warm water after waking up in the morning.
2. I go for jogging.
3. When I realize that I am putting on weight then I do Surya Namaskaar. It's an exercise which makes your body fit.
What's your take on the size zero figure craze among the girls these days?
I don't think that size zero girls look good. I keep on yelling on my sister to put on weight. Itna conscious hoke kyun jeena where you have to avoid eating so many things. Even Kareena Kapoor was not looking good in size zero figure and later on she was back to her normal figure after putting on some weight.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I love to play Badminton with my friends.
A celeb body you admire?
Deepika Padukone because she is very graceful.
What is your fitness secret?
My fitness secret is eating everything and stay fit (laughs).
A fitness tip for your fans?
If you really can't take out time for workout and exercise then at least go for a walk for at least half an hour. Walking takes out all your stress and frustration of the entire day.
