What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness makes me feel healthy and it is good for the body, mind and soul. Fitness should be taken into consideration by all of us as it is very necessary and good for the health too.
Are conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am conscious about my food choices. I always look at how much I am eating. I also have a sweet tooth so I have to take care about that too.
Three things that you practice in your day to day life?
Any sport that you are skilled at?
I used to play badminton while I was in school and I also did kick boxing for around 5 to 6 years.
A celeb body that you admire?
I think Priyanka Chopra has a fit body.
Your fitness secret?
I feel the concept of eating a little bit after every 2 hours really does wonders. I have been following this.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Exercise every day.
