Neha Kapoor in the show Dil Dostii Dance, talks about her fitness regime and
inspires us to follow a healthy diet. TellyBuzz got in touch with her to know
how her 'Stay fit' mantra.
What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness is very important
for me. Fitness is also necessary for the health of a person and hence we
should take all the steps to remain fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am conscious about
my food choices. But sometimes I do cheat with my diet plan but then I work out
for the same.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
Drink lots of water.
Work out at home.
Walking and jogging.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
No, I am not skilled at any sport, but I love playing badminton and during school days I was very good at it.
A celeb body you admire?
Bipasha Basu and Nicole Scherzinger.
What is your fitness secret?
A fitness tip for your fans.
If you are busy and you cannot go to the gym for the workout then a simple way is to just put some music on and dance the way you like for 45mins to 1 hour, it will help you remain fit.
