What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness is very important in one's life
as if you remain fit then you are healthy. Fitness also helps your mind and
soul. Personally, fitness matters to me a lot and I practice some simple ways
through which I can remain fit like exercising, skipping, jogging, dancing,
freehand exercising, gyming andabove all following a healthy diet.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Being an actor, my schedule is very hectic hence many a times I am not able to go to the gym. So I see to it that I do some freehand exercises sitting in my vanity van or just play a song on my phone and dance a bit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am very much conscious about my food choices. I totally avoid oily
food. I take care of my breakfast and lunch as they have to be high in protein
and my dinner is very light. I eat sprouts every day as they are very healthy.

What is your take on the size zero figure craze among the girls these days?
I am not in favor of size zero figures. It makes a girl look very skinny which doesn't look good either. You need to be a bit healthy.
