What does fitness mean to you?
Better life ahead and a healthy future. As my
schedule is very hectic I still see to it that in some way I work out. I visit
the gym whenever I am free and on the other days I find small ways of work out
to be done. Like I stay on the 7th floor so I prefer going by stairs rather

I am not much conscious about my food items. I don't kill my heart to eat something that I like, which most of the diet conscious people do. I believe in rather working out for the calorie intake.

Go to the gym.

I drink lots of water and eat dairy products too which are healthy.
