TellyBuzz got in touch with the talented actor Kanwar Dhillon who was last seen playing the role of Munna in Sudhir Sharma's daily soap Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kahan Season 2 on Colors, who inspires us to follow a healthy diet and shares his Stay Fit mantra with us.
What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of Fitness?
Fitness means everything to me. If you stay fit then it helps you to think better and lead a peaceful life. I do visit the gym every day and follow my diet. Fitness is very much important for all and people should take initiative in doing simple things like jogging, walking, skipping, following the diet plan and much more to stay fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am conscious about my food choices as I follow my diet plan. But once in a while I do cheat with my diet plan and eat whatever I like. I see to it that I burn down the calories the very next day.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I like paying Badminton. During my school days I was a State level player for Badminton.

I admire Salman Khan.
What is your fitness secret?
Eat healthy and stay fit.
A fitness tip that you want to give to your fans?
Eat a low carbohydrate diet, burn out your calories every day, and avoid eating too much of oily food.
