I understand the intention of the article, but is it really useful to try and identify a "real/actual India" in a country of one billion people? Why is the college student who has a boyfriend any less Indian than the housewife who's main priority is her family? There is no doubt that both of these women exist and co-exist in India... so what is the point of trying to abstract a single "Indian" identity?
Agree wit Apra Mehta..the shows should should be close to reality if nt 100 c real.Most of the content on indian TV is far from it and OTT.we need a good mixture of all ype of content.
