Ali Merchant to feature in Maha Episode of Adaalat..

Ali Merchant is all set for a return with an episodic in Sony's Adaalat..

Ali Merchant is back to television after a brief hiatus post his Bigg Boss stint with an episodic in Sony TV's weekend courtroom thriller, Adaalat.

As we know, Adaalat turns biweekly from June 18th, after which a Special Maha Episode is being planned wherein one particular story will be taken forward to two episodes.

A little birdie tells us, "Ali Merchant will make his appearance in this episode. He plays a very successful actor Akram Khan who is always in the limelight for his fan following. He is guarded at all times by body guards. His life takes a cruel turn when he confesses of murdering someone. K.D. Pathak (Ronit Roy) fights this confusing case against all odds and saves the actor".

When contacted, Ali Merchant confirmed the news saying, "Yes, it feels nice to be working with Ronit Da again after Bandini. I share a great rapport with him".

The shoot for this particular episode is taking place today.

We also hear that Ali will be making a comeback in Rajan Shahi's long running show Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain on Star Plus where he played the role of Rituraj

    I feel good to know that our forum is filled with so mant talented actors.Ofcourse they are most talented ones as they can find faults in other's acting.
    I only want to say that if you can't act then you have no right to question about others' acting skills

    I thought Sara Khan had Ali Merchant buried & dusted...

    After what Sara Khan did to him I thought that Ali Merchant would be too embarrassed to show his face again.!
    I hope that during this 'brief hiatus' Ali has taken some intensive acting lessons because Ali can't act [or dance!]. LOL
    @A-HELPING-HAND Ali would feel perfectly at home with other non-actors like Karan Mehra in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai...
