Rakt Sambandh & Armanon Ka Balidaan to end on April 1

The two early evening shows on Imagine will be shutting shop on April 1st...

Imagine's two shows slotted between the 7-8 slot, Rakt Sambandh and Armanon Ka Balidaan will be ending on April 1st.

Armanon Ka Balidaan produced by RG Media and Entertainment got into a problem because of its title even before it got launched. The show which is based on the reservation system did not appeal to the masses and fared badly on the TRP chart. Also, Dolly Bindra's much-hyped and costly entry did not do help the show.

Rakt Sambandh produced by UTV, on the other hand was giving a decent rating at the 10 PM slot, but the rating all of a sudden went downhill when it got moved to the early evening slot of 7 PM.

Our source states, "The channel has decided to axe both the shows. No new fiction shows will be introduced at the above said slots. Having said this, these were new slots created when the SRK reality show Zor Ka Jhatka was getting launched. Both Rakt Sambandh and Armanon were moved from prime time slots to the early evening slots to accommodate the big ticket reality. The channel now plans to concentrate on the already existing prime time shows and of course, on the two new launches Looteri Dulhan and Beend Banoonga Ghodi Chadoonga".

When contacted, Naman Shaw, protagonist of Rakt Sambandh told us, "Yes, the Producers have informed us that Rakt Sambandh will be going off air in April".

We tried contacting the Producer of Rakt Sambandh and Armanon Ka Balidaan, but could not get thro' to them.

    RS getting off air is i guess a good decision though i love this a lot!!!!!!
    After jagirdars went 2 jail.............the storyline is not up 2 the mark!!!!!...
    anyways i am gonna miss naman and sriti a lot and i think bhavna should be replaced by sriti in pardes!!!!! though bhavna is also playing good.................

    Hey what about Sriti's new show?? I remember there was a news of Sriti getting a lead role in some show while she was doing RS , and as RS wasn't doing well in TRPs then so it was being expected to go off then.
    So was that news false or what??

    i dont fully agree that jagirdars were d trps of d show...RS was out of top 100 evn wen jagirdars were there in it nd used to torture Sandhya athough d story was interestin den bt it was too depressing bt after sandhya escaped wid neeraj from jagirdar mansion d trps started improvin nd it zoomed up once sandhya gained her eyesight back nd returned as dabang vrinda to destroy d jagirdars.At 10 pm slot it got good trps as per imagine standards despite of hardly being promoted.i feel bad 4 RS bcoz imagine was always unfair towards it.RS was very good show bt after d changing d time slot dey introduced a very ghissa pita track nd ruined it..nd nw they say it didnt work..i'll make sure RS is d last show i m watchin on dis pathetic channel!!!

    OMG man i am well pissed off. why are they shutting it for their own mistake. they changed the time and tell us that it's going off. Well DUH imagine channel !! u gt a brain ? put it back at 10pm if it dn;t do gud then nobody will blame you

    its good they r not dragging it unnecessrily AKBA never clicked 4m the begining itself imagine did the worst mistake pull out jyoti 2 adjust dis crap even rolly polly cudn't stop dis sinking ship and 4 RS though they changed tym slot and alongwid tymslot they also ruined storyline jagirdars gave RS trp's bt i think neeradhya didn't click wid the audience nor neeraj's new family...

    N for your information i never post on rr wall, infact he had not even added me in his friend list at that time. I am now in his friendlist but earlier i was not Then how did you saw my post.

    @unnsss is it? Did he asked d same question to u. N wht u said, he used CHEAP WORDS agnst u bcz u back answered him.
