Shreya Creations' adaptation of the super hit movie Jab We Met has been in talks for quite a long time now. The show is expected to launch soon on Star Plus, under the title 'Love You Zindagi'. Imtiaz Ali, the master brain behind the popular flick starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor will be conceptually involved in the show.

TellyBuzz had long back briefed our readers that Pavitra Punia, a contestant from Splitsvilla 3 has been roped in to play the lead. We had also reported that the cool dude, Karan Wahi has been approached by the channel and production house to play the male lead.

The latest is that Karan Wahi is apparently doing the show, and will be seen in a totally different avatar.

Our source states, "Karan Wahi and Pavitra Punia will play the leads. Pavan Malhota, who essayed the role of Inspector More in COLORS' Laagi Tujhse Lagan will play an important role".

Karan Wahi told TellyBuzz, "Talks are on, but I have few date problems, and I need to sort that out first".  Karan was recently seen playing a cameo role in Sony's Baat Hamari Pakki Hai.

Pavan Malhotra confirmed the piece of news and said, "Yes, I am part of Love You Zindagi, which is being produced by Shreya Creations for Star Plus. I have not started shoot, so do not have much idea about the character".

We tried contacting Producer Sheel Kumar, but he remained unavailable.

If sources are to be believed, Love You Zindagi might probably be a biweekly show at a prime time slot.
