Deepti Devi who played the lead in Zee's Parivaar will now be seen in the post leap track of COLORS' Bhagyavidhaata..

Deepti Devi who played the lead in Zee TV's Parivaar is back to Hindi television, with a meaty role in COLORS' Sabki Jodi Wohi Banata Bhagyavidhaata which takes a 20 year leap in tonight's episode!!

Deepti who has shed a lot of weight will be seen playing a 21-22 year old bubbly character.

Our source tells us, "Deepti will essay the role of Bindiya's (Richa Soni) daughter-in-law post leap. She is the wife of Suraj who is Bindiya and Vinay's son. However, there is a twist in the tale wherein the innocent Suraj to be played by Waseem Mushtaq of 12/24 Karol Bagh fame will be more attached to Punpunwali (Smita Singh) and considers her as his mom. Punpunwali and Akhilesh will have three children of their own, two of whom are to be played by Aadesh Chaudhary and Sehrish Ali. Manasvi Vyas, who was seen in Miley Jab Hum Tum will play the daughter of the SP Arjun (Anand Suryavanshi) who has been brought up by Bindiya".

The track ahead will be similar to the movie Beta wherein the innocent son loves and respects his mother (Punpunwali) above anything, and it is his wife who will gradually show him her true colors.

Our source further narrates, "Deepti plays the role of Sakshi, the daughter of a rich person. She is this fun loving girl who gets wedded into this family".

Deepti confirmed the news of her comeback to TellyBuzz and said, "I am excited to get back to Hindi TV. I am glad to be working with COLORS and Bhagyavidhata has created a niche audience and is going to have a good story post leap. I cannot divulge much on my character at the moment".

We hear that Deepti has started shoot from yesterday, and her entry sequence will be shown soon..
