Hanif Hilal who was last seen in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa
(and got
replaced due to differences with Gauhar Khan) is now entering a daily
soap
produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms.
According to our source, "Hanif will be part of Desi Twilight, titled Fanaa on Star One. He will be playing friend of the female lead. Vivan Bhatena and Vivian D'sena have been shortlisted to play the male lead and Ekta Kapoor is looking for a fresh female lead."
When contacted Hanif he told Tellybuzz, "I am trying to get into acting and I have given many auditions but nothing is confirmed yet."
From what can be deduced with the present
information, Hanif
will most probably enact the character of Jacob Black portrayed by
Taylor
Lautner in the original Twilight.

hmm good luck to him and he does look like he can have the part of jacob, bt i stil i dnt knw hw the shows gonna turn out, mayb gd mayb bad bt who knws? bt i thnk its gona ruin it!

i can't wait for the show. All of ekta kapoor's show are really good. And twilight was really boring but im sure ekta kapoor will make it way better and it will be interesting.
