Popular comedian Suresh Menon turns detective for SAB TV's comedy show, Maniben.com

The very popular actor Suresh Menon who is known for his comic timing will be seen in yet another funny role in SAB TV's Maniben.com.

According to our source, "He will play a character similar to Quick Gun Murugan, and his name is Quick Gum. He is a detective who comes in to help Maniben (Smriti Irani) to find out who her real husband is. Raman, the look-alike of Jaman (Nitin Vakharia), has confused Maniben and this is where the detective Quick Gum is called".

When contacted, Suresh Menon confirmed to TellyBuzz saying, "Yes, I will be playing a cameo role in Maniben.com. I have always been getting calls to be part of the show, but have not been able to accept it due to date problems. This time, I made it happen (smiles). It is great to work with Smriti Irani".

Talking about his character, Suresh quips, "My character is called Quick Gum. He is a foolish detective who has come to solve Maniben's problem. I have been given a different look for the show".

Suresh Menon has started shooting, and his entry sequence will be aired sometime next week.
