The coming episode of Imagine's Mahima Shani Dev Ki will feature Ankit Arora, popularly known as Lakshman on Imagine's Ramayan...

After Sita aka Debina Bonnerjee, it is now the turn of 'Lakshman' Ankit Arora to feature in an episode on Imagine's Mahima Shani Dev Ki. The episode with Ankit as the lead will be aired this Saturday, on May 8th.

According to our source, "Ankit plays a villager Ram Kishore, who has a very good voice. He along with his blind father sings in competitions to earn their living. However, Ram Kishore is brainwashed by his wife, who feels that they have to gain success without involving their father in it. So he decides to leave his blind father near a lake so that he meets with his own death. But as fate would have it, Ram's son saves his grand father by seeking Shani Dev's blessings. Shani Dev then teaches the couple a lesson thro' their little son".

When contacted, Ankit Arora confirmed the news and said, "It's nice to be back to Imagine. I play a singer in the episode of Mahima Shani Dev Ki who tries to get rid of his father to attain more success in life. He is finally taught a lesson by Shani Dev".

The little kid Perin Monish Malde who essayed the role of Kush in Imagine's Ramayan will play Ankit Arora's son in the episode.

Ankit was last seen in an episode of COLORS' Koi Aane Ko Hai.
