Jay Bhanushali is back to fiction with an episodic in Sony's Crime Patrol.

According to our source, "Jay will be part of one of the stories that will air in the coming episodes. It's a true love story of Rizwan and Priyanka who get married against the will of Priyanka's family. Soon after their marriage, Priyanka's dad meets the newly married couple, and requests to take Priyanka home. He says that he wishes to keep his daughter at his place for one week, after which he will arrange for their grand wedding reception. But as fate would have it, the lovers are not destined to meet, and after a week Rizwan gets to know from Priyanka's dad that she does not want to meet him and live with him. After few days, Rizwan's dead body is found in the rail track. The police who initially feel that it is an accident, later claimed that it could be a planned killing, as they find scratches on Rizwan's body. The case is still pending in court".

When contacted, Jay Bhanushali confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am doing an episodic for Crime Patrol; I am happy to be back to fiction".

Jay Bhanushali was seen hosting Zee TV's Dance India Dance. He was last seen in Star Plus' Kis Desh Main Hai Meraa Dil when it comes to fiction.
