We had recently reported that Samir Sharma will soon enter Sahara One and Rajshri Productions' long running show Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki as the new guy in the life of Rani (Reena Kapoor).

We had also mentioned that the family of the new guy Rishabh, played by Samir Sharma will soon be introduced.

Suhasini Mulay who is presently seen in Zee TV's Do Saheliyaan Kismat ki Kathputaliyaan will essay the role of the patriarch in Rishabh's family. Popular name of Bollywood Guddi Maruti will also be seen playing an interesting character. Guddi Maruti was earlier seen in a full-fledged role in Raja Ki Ayegi Baraat. She was also seen in episodics of Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai and F.I.R.

According to our source, "Suhasini Mulay plays the Dadi of Rishabh. Her screen name is Nirmala Devi Johri, and they are a rich jewellers' family. She is more of the contemporary grand mother, very bubbly in nature who gains respect from all in the family. Guddi Maruti plays the Bua of the male protagonist, and daughter of the Johri family. Her screen name is Sweety Bua, and she is one who adds spice into the show".

Suhasini Mulay and Guddi Maruti have started shooting. While Suhasini's entry sequence will be aired on 6th April, Guddi Maruti will feature in the episode on 7th April.

As per our source, "In tonight's episode, Rishabh and Rani meet each other, which results in a mistaken identity. Nirmala Devi will be instrumental in uniting both Rani and Rishabh".

When contacted, Guddi Maruti said, "I play the bua in the new family that is to be introduced. I am the good Samaritan who is friendly with all in the family (smiles)".

Suhasini Mulay who essays the role of Nirmala Devi Johri told us, "I am the patriarch of the new family. We are jewellers by profession, and I head the business empire. I am the modern grand mother who is very bubbly in her mannerisms, but still wants her family members to follow her orders. She is very much fond of her grandson, played by Samir Sharma. Samir and I have worked earlier, and we share a great rapport. She intends to get her grandson married to the girl she likes".
