who was in Sony's Amber Dhara
will also play pivotal roles in the show.
According to our source, "The show is about two typical Indian families who believe a lot in arranged marriages. Ankita Sharma who played the role of Ratna in Zee TV
's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo
has been finalized to play the female lead's role. Varun Sobti who was seen in Star One
's Dill Mill Gayye
will play the male lead in the show".

confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I play the nani of the female lead. The show is about how arranged marriages are given prominence even in today's society. My character has a bit of a grey shade to it, while other characters are completely positive".
The promo of the show has been shot, and will be on air very soon. The show is expected to launch either in the last week of April or in the first week of May.
