Zee's Saat Phere will take a leap this coming Tuesday. Here is a gist of the newcomers in the show...

Zee's Saat Phere, produced by Sphere Origin is finally taking a leap, wherein the kids will be shown as grown-ups, and the storyline will focus on the next generation.

The show will take the leap on April 21st, and the track of the next generation will begin with a grand party to celebrate the 18th birthday of Saloni's daughters, Saawri and Shweta.

According to our source, "A nation wide audition was held to get the new faces to play the teenagers in the show. Rachana Parulkar, the 12th standard student of Mumbai's Mithibai College will play Saawri, while Amrapali essays the role of Shweta. The role of Brijesh and Tara's son, Aditya will be played by newcomer Ahem. Vaidehi, Aditi's daughter will be essayed by Pooja Sharma, while Samar's daughter Nikita will be played by Bhumika. Saawri's childhood friend Ram Prasad will be played by Kunal Thakur".

"The story will now focus on the relationship of the new generation and this will be an interesting phase which will appeal to the viewers", concludes our source.

We tried calling Ajay Bhalwankar, Programming Head, Zee but he was unavailable for comments.

Whether the leap will do wonders for the team or not is something to be watched!!
