The upcoming new show of Sony, Hum Ladkiyan has gone on a unique way to promote their show. The producers, Emotion Pictures have decided to have a music video as a promotional act.
“Well you can say that it’s a promotional video only, but not a title track of the show. I feel that music communicates well with the masses and thus we have come out with this additional video,” says Sanjay Upadhyay, Creative Head of Sony.
The video shows how the girls mingle with each other and with their family. By looking at the video one can see that its not just woman oriented but a full-fledged family drama. “Definitely woman oriented shows are the trend of television and thus our main focus of the show will be the same. Side by side there will be a track on the other members of the family and their different cultures,” says Anirudh Pathak, Producer of the show.
“This video will capture the audiences' heart in a light manner. It describes each and every girl and people can relate better with the show,” adds the Producer.
Hum Ladkiyan depicts the simplicity of the lives, aspirations, friendship, desires and needs of four small town girls- Pooja, very sacrificing and innocent; Sapna, who loves to dress up and dream; Alka, an amazing singer and Ajju, simple with average looks. Later on the story will focus on how these four girls move along to explore their life outside home and realize what the real world is.
