Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kahaani Humaarey Mahaabhaarat Ki’, the mythological serial on 9X is nowadays the talk of the town mostly in the media circle owing to rumors that the big-budget epic of Ekta is going off air as the channel is not happy with the TRP it has been raking!!

But Ekta Kapoor made a grand entry to celebrate Janmashtami on the sets in Filmcity along with the star cast Jaya Bhattacharya, Makrand Deshpande and most importantly, the man of the moment Mrunal Jain, the young lad who plays Krishna.

Amidst all fun and frolic, a clear pyramid was erected by the Govindas for Krishn to break the ‘Dahi Handi’. As soon as Mrunal Jain broke the Handi and got down the pyramid, Ekta Kapoor came near him and touched his feet, symbolic of touching Lord Krishna’s feet. This was indeed a feat to watch and capture for the media!! However, Mrunal along with the Govindas immediately dashed out of the sets and was never seen on the sets after that!! Though the media did not get bytes of Krishn Kanhaiya, Ekta made amends and addressed the media and answered all their queries with utmost patience.

Well, the case finally rests on Ekta’s side as she celebrated Janmashtami in style and also successfully brushed aside the rumors and made her point very clear!!
