Gaurav Sharma bags a new show!

Talented and popular actor Gaurav Sharma, who was recently seen on Big Magic's 'Ji Sirji' and was earlier seen on popular shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Dream Girl- Ek Ladki Deewani Si, etc. has bagged a new show.

The actor has bagged 'Naya Akbar Birbal' on Big Magic.

Our source informs us, "Gaurav has been roped in for essaying the role of Turram Khan on the new season of Akbar Birbal on Big Magic. He will essay the role of the villain on the show, who keeps planning evil against Akbar and Birbal. He will be the master of disguise and will be equally funny, along with being serious."

When we contacted Gaurav, he confirmed the news saying, "I am enjoying my look on the show. I have got to do something new and different this time. Though I have played a negative role before in' Diya Aur Baati Hum' but my negative role on this show has various discreet shades. Its great to work with seasoned actors like Kiku Sharda, Delnaaz Irani, Vishal Kotian, etc. and I have an old relation with Big Magic, so its feels good."
