After the trend of naagin's, it looks like the trend of female protagonists giving an 'agnipariksha' is picking upon television shows.

We recently saw Ishita giving the agnipariksha, by walking over burning coals in Star Plus' Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.

And now, it is time for Colors' Thapki...Pyaar Ki, where Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) will walk over hot coals!

No, not for an agnipariksha but to save Vasu!

Our source informs, "A situation will lead to a massive fire, wherein Vasu (Jaya Bhattacharya) will get stuck. To save him from the fire, Thapki will walk over the coals. In this attempt, she will also end up getting her voice back!"
