Nandish and Rashmi grace the occasion for Navratri event!

The fever of Navratri has not only gripped among the masses but also the TV stars. While many TV stars have been making their appearance at different events to enjoy this joyful festival, the lovable jodi of TV Rashmi Desai and Nandish Sandhu too made their presence felt for this nine days festival at an event. 

Rashmi's co-star Ajay Chaudhary known as Vishnu from Uttaran too was spotted at the event.

We spoke to both the actors Rashmi and Nandish to know their experience of playing garba and Rashmi said, "I do puja and keep a fast for nine days. I have many relatives staying in Borivali and the place Korakendra is famous for playing Garba so I had been to experience the same. Also the ground Meera ground is famous too for playing Garba. I being a Gujarati I enjoy this festival a lot."

"I wanted to play garba too and people were looking so beautiful decked up in the authentic attire that I couldn't stop myself and I took Nandish along with me in the crowd and enjoyed playing garba with them," she further adds.

Rashmi thanks the famous singer Priety-Pinky for singing her favorite Gujarati song, "Nowadays we don't get much to play as people all over keep showering their love and click selfie which is trending these days but I am glad that I got to play garba this time that too on my favorite song Sanedo Sanedo. For this I would like to thank Priety and Pinky who  sang this song at the event on my request as the event was about to end however, they continued to sing the song."

When asked Nandish about his experience he said, "It is always a good experience of playing garba with the crowd. Especially when I visited the ground I was surprised to see so many people playing garba together and enjoying it although it was raining heavily still lot of crowd was present and was enjoying the fun."

"The kids were looking cute and I noticed one cute little girl whose dress consisted of LED lights making her look pretty while she playing garba in the crowd," ends Nandish.

When asked Rashmi about the best part of the event she says, "The best part of the event was the price distribution where we got to see so many people dressed up elegant outfits making them look graceful and it is amazing to see such styling during Navratri."

Rashmi says, "I just want to say thank you to all of them as because of their love and blessings we are what we are now. It is very easy to forget anyone as there are many options nowadays but they love us so much that every year on our birthdays and other special days they send us gifts and cards which make me feel nice. I would ask all the fans to shower their love and blessings on us and we promise to keep entertaining all of them always."
