In response to aisha1.
The shows that you stated where not originally American or French, they only copied the concept. So it is wrong to say ‘all Indian shows are a copy of American shows or French shows’

1. Deal or no deal - Originated in Holland not France
2. Indian Idol - the whole idol series started in the UK as ‘Pop Idol’ by Simon Fuller (the person who created the Spice girls) NOT America, they just used the concept
3. KBC – Started in the UK as ‘Who wants to be a millionaire’ not France
4. Big Boss – Started in Holland

Has anyone noticed that all these shows are shown in America but were not created there; no one says ‘America is copying other shows’.
The point I’m trying to make is that concepts come from all over the world and it’s ok to use them in other countries as long as people enjoy them and they legally get the rights, like for Indian idol. I think it becomes a problem when shows are copied and credit isn’t given to the originators.

I watch the British version 'Are you smarter than a ten year old?' and it’s the hosts that make the show funny. I'm sure SRK will do well; he's very witty and fun, and it seems like he gets on with kids.
