Talking about her character as a Yoga teacher she says, "I'm playing a role of a Yoga teacher Sofiya in the show who is a friend of Babita (Moonmoon Dutta). She has come in the society to help people stay fit. It's a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed shooting with everyone."
So what made Nigaar accept this role? "I love to stay fit in real life too so doing this character made me feel so real. The only one thing which will be reel in this fiction show is I'l be a strict yoga trainer with the society people while teaching them yoga," she says.
Sharing her wonderful experience with the team of the show Taarak Mehta, Nigaar says the role of a yoga teacher was a challenging too, "Ahh... my experience was great. They all are lovely people and it's a fun to be on the sets of the show. I agreed to do this role because it's a comedy but a very real show and secondly it was challenging too. I'm sure audience will like it too."
She is happy to do negative characters as they are very challenging but Nigaar is seen in different avatars every time, "Why not yaar... I would ask others to do negative role and show me. It's very challenging and every time you see me, you'll find me in different avatar. Even in Main Naa Bhoolungi you can see that."
"I've been in this industry from 11 years now and sustaining for so long is a big thing. Thus I do love to do what I have been doing. Also I love doing cameo or episodic as it takes me away from what I had been doing all this while. So I've a lot to do on television and am happy about it," concludes the actress.
We wish Nigaar good luck for her future endeavors!
