As for the case, @Oyster, you're right. Perhaps if we'd all read the news and the court order more carefully. Sanjay Dutt was convicted and sentenced for keeping an illegal arm (for self defence). He has been acquitted of terror charges in 2007. The person(s) who gave him the weapon got it from the cache of arms that came for '93 blasts. That is why Sanjay's case was heard with these accused.

Oh and here is a retired judge who has supported him as well, this guy definitely calls for bashing I think if that's the norm to be followed, I mean a judge knows the law and still asked for leniency --
