After playing a rustic cop Bajrang Pandey for more than a year in long running comedy show "F.I.R", popular TV actor Aamir Ali has quit the series.
"I will miss being on the sets of 'F.I.R', but my wishes and love is always going to be present. Keep watching 'F.I.R' every Saturday," Aamir tweeted Thursday.
"'F.I.R' is a cult show and will always be special. Comedy was something I could never imagine myself doing on television, but now will miss doing comedy," the 33-year-old further tweeted, but didn't reveal anything about his future plans.
Aamir, who is married to TV actress Sanjeeda Sheikh, has done fictions shows like "Kya Dill Mein Hai" and "Bhaskar Bharti" and reality shows "Nach Baliye 3" and "Zara Nachke Dikha".
He also had a sizeable role in 2010 Bollywood film "I Hate Luv Storys".

kya dil mein hai was one of my fav show,dnt know why the show was not given a ending,wish it was aired on some other channel

can't blv he's quitting FIR...he's made his presence very much felt in the show and evolved as an actor in terms of his comic timing and now he's leaving the show...sad sad...gonna miss him from FIR!!

its because of the leap...dey bringing chandramukhi's daughter for heaven's sake. now that its become's a weekend show, i thought these actors would continue. sadly not.FIR wont be d same
