A show spiced up with humor, emotions, drama and romance, beginning on the 10^th of December, Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah, will focus on the journey taken by Annu from a protected family environment to a world filled with elements that are quite strange and unusual. A journey as a chef in an upscale restaurant, Annu faces the turmoil’s of being in a man’s world. But that’s not all, soon Annu meets her prince charming who belongs to a society quite different from hers.

Srijeeta, who made her television debut with Kasauti Zindagi Kii will play the lead role of Annu in this serial. A very thrilled Srijeeta says, "I am playing the character of Annu, who is a very non ambitious kind of a girl. I cannot reveal much at this point, and i am really excited to play the lead role here." Talking about her return to Kasauti, the actress says, "No, I won't be going back to Kasauti, as I am really tied up with Annu, simply dont have time for anything else."
