Nabeel Shaukat Ali wins Sur Kshetra

The musical battle between India and Pakistan has found its winner!

Colors' reality singing show 'Sur Kshetra a musical battle' between India and Pakistan which started back in September this year has finally found its winner.

The show where Atif Aslam was seen mentoring singers from Pakistan, Himmesh Reshammiya was seen with theIndian team.First time ever through a show three South Asian singing legends namely India'sAsha Bhosle,Pakistan's Abida Parveen and Bangladesh's Runa Laila, were seen sharing screen space together.

The finalist Diljaan and Yashraj Kapil from India and Mulazzim Hussain and Nabeel Shaukat Ali from Pakistan were seen battling at the finale. The final battle stood between Diljaan and Nabeel Shaukat Ali, where both the contestants were given variety of songs to sing which lead to Nabeel Shaukat Ali winning the show.

Nabeel was awarded a cheque of Rs 2,00,000 as well as a Suzuki Motorbike, a Touch met Tablet, a Gold Button Jacket and the beautiful Sur Kshetra Trophy!

We wish Nabeel Shaukat Ali a hearty Congratulations!

    I was amzed at the talent of Nabeel very versatile good looking &extremely unique singer,hope he gets more chance to prove his talent,I was very happy with the results,it was very fair that Nabeel Shaukat Ali won...

    cant believe indianz are are making it a war here b/w pak nd india ,thats becoz Atif kept on saying this is not a war coz he very well knew some indianz will make it 1 ..

    anyways spare away ur jealousy guys nabeel completely deserved to win ,he was better than diljan even in diljan's own punjabi songs ,he got a beautiful nd soothing voice,versatile singer truly a rockstar ..
    nd Atif ..he is simply the best ,his sophisticated attitude is to die for.. love him love nabeel! congo pak:)

    Nabeel Totally Deserved it..
    Diljan as said earlier is Good in Punjabi zone only ...
    But Nabeel Proved that he is versatile ...Regarding Kumar sanu ...i dont think he imitated him .he has his own unique voice which doesnot need to be compared with anyone ...Team Pakistan ROcked.

    Nabeel has been a consistently good singler. However, In the finals, Nabeel imitated Kumar Sanu, Kishore da and others .. He was completely out of tune for the punjabi song that he tried ..

    Nabeel - sorry dude - your victory is hollow ..

    Diljaan - you are the true winner of surkshetra ..


    Looking at Himesh's and Atif's face - it was obvious from the word go that India will not win..

    It was a staged show...

    Diljaan was truly in sur and somehow jury missed that or there was an agenda that we do not know of.

    On a different note Atif needs to learn humility ..
