Sony TV's popular music reality show India Idol 6 is going
to see its first elimination
in tonight's episode. We hear that Deeksha Piyush from Delhi will be the first eliminated
contestant among the top 10 contestants of the show.
The episode was dedicated to the evergreen songs of Bollywood legends who are no more with us.
Sohini Mishra and Charit Dixit were also in the bottom three along with Deeksha.

As got the elimination the girl sadly didnt do so well yesterday so expected her to be eliminated

Sunidhi Chavan proved to be a biased judge when she voted against the girl singer from Himachal, who was actually the best amongst the entire group of 16 shortlisted. Inclusion of Kaushik Deshpande was a bad choice and Ashaji's remark of 'jai Maharashtra' after selecting him was another wrong precedent. Any program like this is as good as its participants and the judges. If both are substandard and good ones removed due to politics, the TRPs would show as they have over last 6 seasons. Sony seemed to have had an opportunity to establish its superiority vis-a-vis other channels - which it seems to have lost.
