Experienced actors like Mohnish Behl, Ram Kapoor and Sameer Soni have made an impactful comeback on the small screen and the latest to join this bandwagon are powerful actors Varun Badola and Shweta Kawatra. As reported earlier, SAB TV is coming up with light hearted telefilms which will be showcased on the weekends.

 Amongst many other production houses, UTV is contributing to this genre with 'Gaadi Bula Rahi Hai' which will bring several veteran actors like Rakesh Bedi, Ameeta Nangia, Ranjit and Rajesh Puri under one roof.

But a latest scoop tells us that Shweta Kawatra and Varun Badola who were together in Sonu Sweety will join the ensemble as the main protagonists.

A source informs, "Shweta Kawatra the famous Pallavi of Star Plus' Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and Varun Badola will essay the leads in the show. Shweta will play Rakesh Bedi's daughter who falls in love while travelling in the train and runs away with her love interest."

Shweta Kawatra confirmed her presence in the show stating, "Yes, Varun and I are back together after Sonu Sweety and I am looking forward to the show. Hope the audience likes it."
Varun Badola remained unavailable.
