Geeta Tyagi who was last seen in Rajan Shahi's Chand Chupa Badal Mein as Divya's mother has bagged two shows in which she will play a mother to the main protagonists. Although the character is the same, the shades have a stark contrast between them.

Geeta will be seen in 24 Frame productions tentatively titled show 'Tera Chehra' on Colors where she will play the character of Mugdha Chaphekar's mother, Amrita. Simultaneously, she will also play the mother to the male lead in Rajan Shahi's next on Star One which will be revamped into Star Desh , Amrit Manthan.

We contacted Geeta who asserted, "Yes I will be playing a mother in both the shows but the characters that I will be playing are very much different from each other. In Tera Chehra, I will be playing Mugdha's mother who is very sophisticated, positive and a strict mother. But I haven't shot for Amrit Manthan yet so I can't tell you in detail."
