Chhoti Si Zindagi stays, assures producer!

Jd Majethia gives visit on the sets of Chhoti Si Zindagi...

The buzz about Zee TV's Chhoti Si Zindagi going off air by 10th of October is spreading across the town like fire.The show is made under Hats Off Productions' banner and hence the producer Jd Majethia decided to pay a visit on the set.

A little birdie from the industry informs, "J. D visited the sets of Chhoti Si Zindagi early morning today and had a team meeting confirming that the show will not go off air as of now. After Chhoti Bahu - Sawar Ke Rang Rachi and Sanskaar Laxmi (already off air), this show has kept under the scanner by the channel but the show will not bid adieu on the given date."

We contacted Jd Majethia, who confirmed, "A show on the slot of 7:00 PM is always ignored by the audience and in spite of such a slot, Chhoti Si Zindagi is bringing in 0.9 to 1 TRP, which is not bad. And talking about the show going off air then let me clear that the show will not go off air on the given date as I have not got any notice from the channel asking to wrap up the show."

"There are many twists and turns in the show which awaits the audience and if we don't appeal to our audience, we will try something different. But as of now the show is not going off," adds J.D.

We also hear that the show will stay on the channel for the time being but will be pulled off air post Diwali.

We contacted Toral Rasputra who heaved a sigh of relief and said, "Yes, we had a meeting today where J.D sir informed us about the show not going off air right now. Hope audience likes our high points in the show."

So till it continues to be on screen the audience, cast and the crew of Chhoti Si Zindagi can rejoice...

    what i observe with zee tv show's, they give promotion to the show if not yet shown but once it airs they tend to stop promoting ,(except for ram milayi jodi which has a lot of promotion since sara khan entered the show which i guess one of the factors why rmj has high trp) i do not realy know who is responsible with the promotion, would it be the producer or the channel itself. As far as my opinion promotions should show what the audience should expect for the next episodes which rmj is doing, not just showing the past scenes of the lead stars which has no impact to the audience, because they don't have anything to look forward to.

    It is the lowest TRp garnening show on ZEE which is a fact. He should be more upfront and tell the reality that we are the 71st ranked show on television. Whats the point of continuing with a show when u r getting a trp of 0.87 whereas another channel is getting a trp of 4.66 in the same slot. Anybody with a little common sense will agree with me. I am not against the show or the fans, i am just stating some facts.

    he says a slot of 7 is always ignored by the audience... The no. 1 show on television is sathiya which has a trp of 4.66, also comes at 7. Get your facts right.

    This is one disgusting show. In the beginning it was nice but then they ruined it with by having a sister plot against her sister. Zee says that their shows are a reflection of what happens in society, but I have never seen this kind of malice and hatred. This definitely does not exist in my world. Don't like that it's on televison as well, very distrubing. SHUT IT DOWN
