K. Venkatesh's show shifts to Star Desh

The show which was supposed to go on air on Star Plus, shifts its origin.

Tellybuzz had exclusively reported about K. Venkatesh the makers of Chokar Bali, who are coming up with the Hindi remake of their Bengali show and did well on Star Jalsa.

We have jotted down the names of the actors that will form the cast; Sayantani Ghosh, Neena Kulkarni, Jatin Shah, Supriya Shah and Dance India Dance L'il Masters  rockstar Avneet Kaur have been taken on board for their show. The show had taken a backseat for quite sometime and did not generate any buzz but now the show has geared up to go on floors.

A source elaborates on this development, "The show which was earlier titled as Maa during its pilot shoot has now changed its title to 'Meri Maa'. It has also shifted itself from Star Plus to Star Desh."

"As the show got shifted to Star Desh, it took time to go on floors though the show was ready with a locked cast. As the show is all set to be back, it will resume shooting within 3-4 days," signs off the source.

An anonymous person from the production house confirmed the news.

With an interesting genre being brought on screen, another show adds to the multifaceted channel Star Desh's kitty!

    When we can see something different frm rona dhaona serial????Boring channel with more boring stories. Wastages of Star Plus is making another clone of them.

    I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS NEW SHOW OR NEW SHOWS ! DO WHATEVER BUT
    Please please don't end GEET AND PKYEK !
    TODAY PEOPLE STILL WATCH STAR ONE BECAUSE THESE 2 SHOWS AFTER DMG & MJHT WERE ENDED !
    IF U END GEET AND PKYEK SO U WILL LOSE THE WHOLE CHANNEL AUDIENCE AND NO ONE WILL CARE ABOUT THIS NEW CHANNEL !

    DON'T END GHSP AND PKYEK PLEASE AND GIVE GHSP A NEW FRESH STORY POST REVAMP !!!

    no need of any info abt stardesh or whatever...
    no one gonna watch or atleast don't prefer 2 switch on 2 this channel once it is revamped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Oh Man yet another show being added to the USELESS Star Desh :S Star Desh peeps .. you better understand that GHSP and PKYEK are the two top shows on this channel right now .. and if you end these two shows you'll face the wrath of all the fans. No one will come and watch your new so-called "multifaceted" shows on this boring channel if you happen to end these amazing shows. It's your call .. end these shows and face failure .. or keep the ongoing shows and yet add the new ones to the mix. Annihilating every damn good show and always rebranding re-vamping is NOT going to gain you popularity! Understand this please for your own sake and for our sanity! YEESH!
