Jammu, March 12 (IANS) At least five pilgrims on their way to the Vaishno Devi shrine froze to death and 10 fell unconscious as rains and high speed winds lashed Jammu and Kashmir and temperatures plummeted. Given the inclement weather, the pilgrimage to the shrine at 5,500 ft was halted.
