Pakistani officials meet UAE envoy

Islamabad, Jan 27 (IANS/WAM) Top officials from Pakistan's Punjab province met the UAE's ambassador to the country and discussed ways to boost bilateral relations.

Islamabad, Jan 27 (IANS/WAM) Top officials from Pakistan's Punjab province met the UAE's ambassador to the country and discussed ways to boost bilateral relations.

Punjab Governor Makhdoom Ahmad Mehmood and other officials met UAE envoy to Pakistan Eissa Abdullah Al-Basha Al-Nuaimi Saturday.

Mahmood thanked the UAE for humanitarian and development support.

Al-Nuaimi also met Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, who thanked him for UAE-funded projects in health care, education and infrastructure sectors.
