Huge cache of arms seized in Peshawar

Islamabad, Dec 9 (IANS) A huge cache of arms and ammunition was seized from a truck during a police raid in Pakistan's Peshawar city, the Dawn reported Sunday.

Islamabad, Dec 9 (IANS) A huge cache of arms and ammunition was seized from a truck during a police raid in Pakistan's Peshawar city, the Dawn reported Sunday.

An alleged arms smuggler was also arrested in Saturday's raid in Bana Mani area. A total of 143 shotguns and 39 pistols of different kinds were among the items seized. The weapons were destined for Afghanistan.
