Lucknow, Sep 11 (IANS) The Uttar Pradesh government Wednesday ordered a probe into the death of 10 black bucks in the city zoo, officials said.

A two-member committee was formed to look into the reasons for the deaths and give a report within two days, officials said.

Autopsy reports showed the black bucks died of severe breathing problem.

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) Rupak Dey said they were in touch with the Wildlife Institute of India and an expert Wednesday inspected the black buck enclosure, which now has 34 animals.
